Request account deletion outside the app

If you still have access to the mobile app, the fastest option is inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, use the form on this page. We will review the request and process it according to our privacy and legal retention obligations.

Active shop or marketplace orders may need to be resolved before full deletion can be completed.
